1. Unplug the dongle from your computer.
2. Go to www.premierplusembroidery.com
3. Click the "Support" link from the menu bar and click the "Software Help & Updates" link in the drop down list.
4. Click the "HASP Dongle Drivers" link from under HASP Dongle Drivers near the bottom of the page.
5. Download and save the file to your computer.
6. Double-click the saved file to install it. Click the Run button if prompted and follow the remaining prompts.
7. After the installation is complete, plug the dongle into the computer. The dongle should install the device drivers and light up.
