Warranty Information

Your Janome machine has been made with precision and care, and accordingly is guaranteed (subject to the provisions below) for household or domestic use only for one year (five years in the case of all electronic parts) from the the date of original purchase against any defects in materials or workmanship used in associated with manufacture and assembly of the machine (Guarantee). This Guarantee covers the cost of parts and labour to repair the machine, where any such defect arises.
