All products remain Chatswood Sewing Centre's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. We do not refund if you have a change of mind about your purchase, however we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange if the goods are returned to us (again via registered mail) in a unopened and original packing. If this is the case please mail to the same address noted above. We will contact you once the goods are returned and advise how to use your credit/exchange. Postage costs will not be included in credits.

Sale items can only be returned if damaged or faulty.
