Product Warranty

Elna Australasia guarantees their domestic range o products for a period o 5 years for all mechanical parts and 2 years for all electrical parts from the original date of purchase. Should any part be found defective in material or workmanship a replacement part will be supplied free of charge. There will be no charge for labour to fit and test the replaced defective parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for delivering the machine or ironing press at their risk and cost, together with proof of purchase to the nearest regional Elna office or authorised Elna retailer from which the original purchase was made. This guarantee is applicable to the original purchaser only. It is acknowledged that Elna products are manufactured for domestic use ant that in the event of the Elna product being used for commercial application then the guarantee is limited to 3 months. For this guarantee to be valid, you must fully complete the detachable registration card and return it to Elna Australasia at the address on the reply card. This guarantee is only valid if the Elna Product is purchased from an Authorised Agent.
